At Salty ‘n Sass Creations, we pour heart and sass into every personalized item — from custom DTF and sublimation shirts to tumblers, coffee cups, stone slates, totes, and more. Because each product is made just for you with your unique design or photo, all sales are final and items are non-returnable except in specific cases outlined below.
What We Cover (Quality Issues Only)
We stand behind our products! If your item arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- With a printing/manufacturing defect (e.g., misaligned print, faded colors not matching proof, holes/tears)
- As the wrong item/size/color (our error)

- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We’ll review quickly and, if eligible: - Send a replacement at no extra cost (our preferred solution), or
- Issue a full refund (original purchase price, excluding shipping) to your original payment method.
Refunds or replacements are not available for: - Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size/color/design chosen by you (please double-check before ordering!)
- Minor variations in color/print due to screen/monitor differences or fabric/material
- Customer errors in uploaded files (e.g., low-resolution images, typos in text)
Order Cancellations
Once your order enters production (usually within hours of placement), we cannot cancel or modify it. Production starts fast to get your custom creation to you quickly!
Shipping & Returns
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If we send a replacement, return shipping for the original item is usually not required (we’ll provide instructions).
- For approved refunds, any return shipping is your responsibility unless the issue is our fault.
